The government are coming through on their big promises towards the road to zero emissions, with massive investments in the charging network, grants towards the cost of purchase and money towards the cost of installing home chargers. All making the change more comfortable and less daunting. Here at Voltz we are always happy to chat through your options regarding purchase and after care. From getting you the right car at the best price to putting you in touch with our home charging installation partners. Give one of our EV experts a call to put your mind at rest, it’s honestly easier and more convenient, not to mention more cost effective (estimated savings are at least £1K a year on fuel alone) than you might think. When you consider an Audi A8 diesel against a Audi eTron, there is a average £10K saving on company car tax alone.
Tesla is no longer your only option when it comes to EV ownership and the traditional manufacturers will not disappoint when it comes to innovation, design and performance. The Jaguar iPace was named 2019’s Car of the Year and here at Voltz we can see why, gorgeous styling, ground breaking tech and epic performance. VW’s eGolf is their first all electric offering claiming an impressive 144 mile range, it has all you would expect of a traditional Golf and could be yours for less than you’d think. BMW have recently improved their i3, increasing the range and getting rid of the tiny engine option. Audi have the eTron, their exciting new SUV proving their strapline “Electric has gone Audi”. Nissan have the Leaf, giving a range of up to 142 miles for as little as £276 + vat per month. These EV’s are available now, give us a call to chat through your options.
The choice of EV’s is ever increasing too, and there is a big list of manufacturers about to press the launch button on their new EV offering. Coming later this year or early 2020 are the Mercedes EQC, the all new Renault Zoe, the full electric Mini and VW’s ID range. We are always happy to talk you through the upcoming options and offerings.
